Cancellation Policy
Article 1: Conditions for Cancellation Charges and Refund Amounts
1. Airport Transfers
(1) To Kansai International Airport (KIX)
① Cancellations made more than 180 minutes before the scheduled departure time: 100% refund
② Cancellations made between 120 and 179 minutes prior: 70% refund
③ Cancellations made between 60 and 119 minutes prior: 40% refund
④ Cancellations made within 59 minutes of the scheduled departure time: No refund
⑤ No contact and delay of more than 10 minutes after the scheduled departure time: Treated as a cancellation with no refund
(2) From Kansai International Airport (KIX)
① Cancellations made more than 180 minutes before the scheduled departure time: 90% refund
② Cancellations made between 120 and 179 minutes prior: 60% refund
③ Cancellations made between 60 and 119 minutes prior: 30% refund
④ Cancellations made within 59 minutes of the scheduled departure time: No refund
⑤ No contact and delay of more than 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time: Treated as a cancellation with no refund
(3) To Osaka International Airport (ITM)
① Cancellations made more than 180 minutes before the scheduled departure time: 100% refund
② Cancellations made between 120 and 179 minutes prior: 70% refund
③ Cancellations made between 60 and 119 minutes prior: 40% refund
④ Cancellations made within 59 minutes of the scheduled departure time: No refund
⑤ No contact and delay of more than 10 minutes after the scheduled departure time: Treated as a cancellation with no refund
(4) From Osaka International Airport (ITM)
① Cancellations made more than 180 minutes before the scheduled departure time: 90% refund
② Cancellations made between 120 and 179 minutes prior: 60% refund
③ Cancellations made between 60 and 119 minutes prior: 30% refund
④ Cancellations made within 59 minutes of the scheduled departure time: No refund
⑤ No contact and delay of more than 10 minutes after the scheduled departure time: Treated as a cancellation with no refund
2. Private Charters (Not include Bus, limousine, Helicopter, Private Jet)
① Cancellations made more than 180 minutes before the scheduled departure time: 100% refund
② Cancellations made between 120 and 179 minutes prior: 50% refund
③ Cancellations made within 119 minutes of the scheduled departure time: No refund
④ No contact and delay of more than 10 minutes after the scheduled departure time: Treated as a cancellation with no refund
Article 2: Payment Method for Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees will be deducted from any advance payment. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed through your credit card company.
Article 3: Cases Where Cancellation Charges Do Not Apply
① Cancellations made due to our company’s circumstances.
② If our vehicle arrives more than 30 minutes later than scheduled.
Article 4: Credit Card Processing Fees for Cancellations
If you cancel a reservation due to your own circumstances, credit card processing fees, as stipulated by your credit card company, will apply. Please contact your credit card company for details. If we cancel a reservation due to our circumstances, you won’t be responsible for any card processing fee
Article 5: Suspension of Service
We reserve the right to suspend service if a customer repeatedly makes and cancels reservations.
