Kansai International Airport (KIX) Transfer Services

　Departing from KIX by Taxi

  • International Arrivals: If you’re arriving on an international flight, please schedule your pick-up for 90 minutes after your scheduled arrival time at Kansai International Airport.

  • Domestic Arrivals: For domestic flights, please schedule your pick-up for 45 minutes after your scheduled arrival time at Kansai International Airport.

　Heading to KIX by Taxi

  • International Departures: If you’re departing on an international flight, please schedule your pick-up for at least 3 hours before your scheduled flight departure time.

  • Domestic Departures: For domestic flights, please schedule your pick-up for at least 90 minutes before your scheduled flight departure time.

 

Osaka Itami Airport (ITM) Transfer Services

　Departing from ITM by Taxi

  • Please schedule your pick-up for 45 minutes after your scheduled arrival time at Osaka Itami Airport.

　Heading to ITM by Taxi

  • Please schedule your pick-up for at least 60 minutes before your scheduled flight departure time.

(*2) If you have children accompanying you, please indicate the number of adults as well as the number and ages of the children.

（*3）For private charter (hire car) services, please specify the number of vehicles you need along with your preferred duration of use. Please be aware that all charters have a minimum usage period of 4 hours.

(*4) Kindly provide the actual number and dimensions of suitcases, bags, strollers, etc. Based on the total amount, it may be necessary to arrange additional vehicles or select a larger one. 

(*5) Should you require child seats, kindly inform us of your child’s age(s) and the number of seats needed. We provide these complimentary, subject to availability. Please note that our stock is limited, and if none are available, we kindly ask that you provide your own.

(*6) Kindly indicate any additional luggage types, quantities, or specific vehicle requests for each class

Payment & Booking Confirmation

Once we’ve arranged your vehicle, we’ll send you a payment request. Please review it carefully and complete your payment. Your booking will be confirmed as soon as we receive your payment.

Keep in mind that we can’t confirm your reservation without an advance payment.

If we cancel the vehicle arrangement due to our own reasons, you’ll receive a full refund.

For cancellations made at your convenience, refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy.

Booking Deadlines & Important Notes

Please book buses and limousines at least 48 hours before your desired pick-up time. For helicopter and private jet bookings, we require at least 72 hours’ notice before your desired departure.

However, please understand that helicopter departures may be delayed or canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this possibility.
